Executive Summary LTC Energy
Global Financial Group is the holding company for LTC Energy which was formed to build and develop a state-of-the-art biodiesel facility supported by another subsidiary, LTC Farms. The plant will be built in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
We have arranged long-term financing. Our business plan, leadership team members, and all supporting due diligence was submitted for approval, and after research, conferences, market sampling and numerous conference calls the financing is waiting for final payment of attorney and filing fees. We are seeking $350K to complete this payment. We are open to a reasonable rate of return, for an investor, either through a loan, percentage of sales, stock options, stock warrants, or any other suggestions..
Growing our own feedstock, for the bio diesel plant, is an unusual practice for biodiesel companies. This procedure will give LTC Energy an advantage, in the marketplace, and by controlling our cost of goods. By growing our feedstock, our cost of goods will be reduced from $1.85 to $.87 per gallon of finished product.
LTC Energy initially will manufacture two products, a pure biodiesel fuel called B100 and a biofuel blend called B20 which is a blend of 80% petroleum-based diesel and 20% B100. Biodiesel is a fuel that is similar to petroleum-based diesel. Biodiesel is derived from vegetable oils (soybean oil) animal fats (waste cooking grease or tallow), yellow, white grease, and crops such as soybeans, sunflowers, rapeseed, and Jatropha. All crops will be grown at LTC Farms.
We expect to gain a profitable market share within a short time period. Determinations have been made for the size of the market, budgeted advertising and promotional dollars, and the number and kinds of distribution channels. LTC will service wholesale, commercial and government clients in the immediate geographic area and across the United States. Biofuels will be marketed to gasoline and diesel refineries to replace their petroleum diesel, which is used to operate their refineries. EPA is targeting refineries to reduce pollution. Our B100 product will accomplish this mandate and bring them in compliance with EPA guidelines
